BOOKING POLICY

Appointment Policy & Fees

*All Appointments require a 50% deposit
*Clients arrive late must reschedule.

*We do allow a 10min, grace period.

*Please arrive on time & Make sure your lashes are CLEAN.


*NO CALL, NO SHOW, or if client DO NOT give a FULL 24hr
CANCELLATION NOTICE client will be responsible for paying a FEE of having your service(your deposit will cover FEE), once that 10min grace period has passed or again if a FULL 24hr
CANCELLATION NOTICE is not giving.

*Clients with appointments are only allowed in the service area.

We are constantly expanding our services, although we make every effort to keep you inform & web site up to date, please note that prices & services are subject to change at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for no shows. (Your deposit will cover the fee)

RETURN POLICY 

 

No Returns or Exchanges on any of the products. All Sales are final and non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 5 working business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Thank You! Please Note ALL Custom Hand made fantasy lashes are made to order.
EBJ CLASS POLICY

ALL classes require a 50% deposit, and the balance must be paid in full before any class is conducted. If you missed your desired class date for any reason you may reschedule your class. 

Please Note: ALL CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
